THERAPY FOR INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, & FAMILIES
About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Couple and Family Therapist with over 30 years experience providing psychotherapy - affordably - to individuals, couples and families in New York City. I have many years of experience working in New York area hospital based out-patient mental health clinics, substance abuse treatment programs.

In addition to being an experienced and caring therapist, I have presented at professional conferences speaking on topics of expertise including substance abuse treatment issues and problems of attachment, separation and loss in relationships.

I am an interactive therapist focused on understanding the problems and issues people have - from their point of view - and helping to find solutions that provide emotional relief on an internal and relational level. I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal and relational life challenges. I integrate methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding I work with each individual and couple, helping them build on their strengths and grow.
